Helping clients explore biofeedback and wellness.
About
I’m a holistic health practitioner and experienced biofeedback therapist with a particular interest in frequency, sound, energy and emotional well being. I have worked with the Genius Insight biofeedback system for many years, both with clients and in training and supporting other users. My background includes qualifications in Holistic Massage and the Emotion Code, together with additional training and experience in VoiceBio, Sound Therapy, energetic healing, low-level light therapy and Scalar Wave Laser. My approach is intuitive, practical and individual. I use biofeedback as a way of exploring patterns and areas of focus, rather than as a diagnostic tool. Sessions may include Genius Biofeedback, personalised frequency programmes, Quanta Capsule playlists and other complementary techniques depending on what is appropriate for the individual. I particularly enjoy helping people understand what the Genius is showing them and turning what can initially seem like a lot of information into something useful and manageable.
