Information you provide
Practitioners may provide profile information such as name, credentials, biography, services, location, contact details, photos, specialties, booking links and social links. Visitors may provide contact details and messages when submitting an inquiry, appointment request or review.
How information is used
We use information to operate the directory, display practitioner profiles, route inquiries and booking requests, provide practitioner dashboards, measure profile activity, support practitioner features and account administration. Practitioners may also provide website, social-profile and marketing-performance information so BiofeedbackGallery can generate private analytics and AI-assisted marketing recommendations.
Practitioner communications
When a visitor submits an inquiry or appointment request, the information is shared with the selected practitioner so they can respond.
Data choices
Practitioners can edit their public profile from their dashboard. Requests concerning account or directory data can be handled by the site administrator.
Security
We use access controls and server-side routing to limit practitioner account, lead, booking and billing data to the appropriate practitioner and administrators. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This policy may be updated as BiofeedbackGallery features or legal requirements change.
