These terms govern use of the BiofeedbackGallery directory and practitioner listing service.
Directory service
BiofeedbackGallery is a directory and practice-marketing platform. Practitioners are independent providers and are not employees, agents or representatives of BiofeedbackGallery.
Practitioner responsibility
Practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, credentials, services, claims, licensing status, pricing, scheduling and client relationships. Publication or verification by BiofeedbackGallery is not an endorsement of clinical effectiveness.
User responsibility
Visitors should independently evaluate a practitioner and determine whether their services are appropriate. BiofeedbackGallery does not establish a practitioner-client relationship.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, misuse contact forms, scrape protected data, interfere with the service, or publish unlawful or misleading material.
Availability
Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific number of leads, bookings, clients or search impressions.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BiofeedbackGallery is not responsible for practitioner services, treatment outcomes, disputes between users and practitioners, or third-party websites and booking systems.
