I am a health psychologist and integrative practitioner with more than 25 years of experience exploring the connections among psychology, physiology, stress regulation, and well-being. I incorporate quantum biofeedback, using the Genius Insight app, as part of a personalized, mind-body approach that helps clients explore patterns, increase self-awareness, and support their individual wellness goals. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the individual rather than based on a one-size-fits-all protocol. The Genius Insight app is used as an exploratory wellness and biofeedback tool and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
